The development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is one of the priority economic goals of countries, and they play an important role in economic growth, while reducing poverty and unemployment.


The development strategy for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is one of the main economic policies for any country, and it plays an important role for supporting the economic growth while reducing poverty and unemployment.

 
The development of SMEs plays a key role in reducing the unequal distribution of income, promoting social sustainability and the development of the private sector.

The SME specialization has been training specialists since 2003 and has been accredited by the International and National Accreditation Institutions of Education. The program is actively studied by  100-120 students every year, and 20-30 students graduated.

 
The development strategy for SMEs plays a key role for reducing the inequality of income while promoting sustainability of the society and accelerating the development of the private sector.

The SME specialization program has been training professionals since 2003, and has been accredited by the International and National Accreditation Institutions of Education. Around 100 to 120 students have been attending the program each year, and the Bachelor degree has being granted to 20 to 30 students every year. 

Кnowledge and Qualifications:

Students will earn further ability and knowledge according developing a business plan with a broad background in economics, marketing, finance, human resources, production, operations, and information system management, required for establishing a small and medium-sized enterprises and business start-ups, starting a personal business, running a family business, or starting a startup, , and will have have an ability to analyze and make decisions on the development, implementation of daily operations, and implementation of reforms

 
Students will gain substantial ability and knowledge regarding launching their own business plans with a diverse background in economics, marketing, finance, human resources, production, operations, and information system management, essential for establishing small and medium-sized enterprises and business start-ups, starting a personal business, and running a family business. Moreover, students will gain an ability to perform analyses and make decisions related to the development, and implementation of daily operations and reforms. 


Graduates:

Completing SME degree program, graduates will be able to grow into an organization or company manager, start-up developer, innovator, or entrepreneur.

About 15-20% of successfully completed graduates work and study abroad.  40% of the graduates are employed directly and there are still  large number of graduates who are running family or private business, continuing their studies in advanced courses (masters and doctoral courses).
